Delivery charges payable for items dispatched in the UK and abroad will be notified to you in the confirmatory email. Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We will email you when your order has been dispatched (This is subject to the Royal Mail, First Class Postal service or such other delivery service we may utilize).
Please note that all deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. Please also note that we take no responsibility for any delivery problems which occur from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you.

Delivery: UK customers
All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or such other service provider as we deem suitable.
Your order will be dealt with as promptly as possible and we endeavour to dispatch goods within 1-3 working days. However please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Your order will be shipped by once payment has been approved and the
delivery/billing address has been verified.

All INTERNATIONAL orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or such other service provider as we deem suitable.

DeMasi London do not take responsibility for any delays caused by custom clearance. Please note all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
*Please note that for orders shipped to countries outside of the EU, the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. We advise that taxes and duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items.
